Medical Conditions & Wellness
You should consult a physician prior to enrolling to practise yoga. Otherwise, you assume the risk of your own physical condition, your past and current medical issues/injuries/illnesses or medication that may affect your ability to take a class.
Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. It is your responsibility to notify the teacher of any serious illness or injury before every yoga class. It is also YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to stay safe during the class.
Do not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain. If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the pose.
Missed Class Policy
Students are very welcome to make up missed classes (subject to availability) within the same term. Missed classes cannot be used as credit from one term to another.
No refunds are given for missed classes due to illness or injury that may occur during a term to maintain the ongoing viability of classes. If you have purchased a term of classes, they can be transferred to a friend or family member.
Cancellation Policy For Studio Classes
No refund within 24 hours of the term starting. You can transfer it to friends or family members.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy For One To One Classes
No charge if rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to appointment
No refund for no-show or cancellation within 48 hours of class. You can transfer it to friends or family members.Cancellation Policy For Day Retreats / Workshops (In Ireland)

All Day retreats/ Workshops include a non-refundable administration booking fee of €50.

If you cancel your spot on a retreat 7 days (or more) prior to the start date of the retreat, the full cost of the retreat minus the €50 will be refunded.

If you cancel less than 7 days and up to 48hours in advance we will refund you the the full cost of the retreat minus the €50 ONLY IF WE SUCCESSFULLY FILL YOUR SPOT ON THE RETREAT

Cancellations within 48 hours of the start date are not eligible for a refund.

However, we understand life can place all manner of unexpected events in our path. You are always welcome to transfer or gift your spot to a friend or family member. Just contact us with their details and we can register them. Cancellation Policy For Residential Retreats (In Ireland)
All residential retreats include a non-refundable administration booking fee of €100.
If you cancel your spot on a retreat 30 days (or more) prior to the start date of the retreat, the full cost of the retreat minus the €100 will be refunded.
If you cancel less than 30 days and up to two weeks in advance we will refund you the the full cost of the retreat minus the €100 ONLY IF WE SUCCESSFULLY FILL YOUR SPOT ON THE RETREAT
Cancellations within 14 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund.
However, we understand life can place all manner of unexpected events in our path. You are always welcome to transfer or gift your spot to a friend or family member. Just contact us with their details and we can register them.
Cancellation Policy For Residential Retreats (Outside Ireland)
All residential retreats include a non-refundable administration booking fee of €100.
If you cancel your spot on a retreat 90 days (or more) prior to the start date of the retreat, the full cost of the retreat minus the €100 will be refunded.
If you cancel less than 90 days and up to 30 days in advance we will refund you the the full cost of the retreat minus the €100 ONLY IF WE SUCCESSFULLY FILL YOUR SPOT ON THE RETREAT
Cancellations within 30 days of the start date are not eligible for any refund.
However, we understand life can place all manner of unexpected events in our path. You are always welcome to transfer or gift your spot to a friend or family member. Just contact us with their details and we can register them.
Payment:
Yoganess Ireland cannot guarantee a place in a class or a workshop until full subscription or course fee has been received.
Yoganess Ireland has full discretion to offer discounts and concessions at any time. This does not automatically entitle other customers to the same discounts and concessions.
All Credit Cards will be processed in Euros at the time of payment. Yoganess Ireland is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.
Photo/Video Release:
Pictures may be taken during workshops or classes and used in a promotional capacity such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, the company website etc. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions customers give full permission for this information to be released.
Yoganess Ireland retains no liability for use of pictures or videos taken by other paying participants in the workshops or classes.
Photos and videos taken by customers during workshops are deemed to be for learning and personal use only. Sharing this information with third parties or for financial gain without full permission of Yoganess Ireland is strictly prohibited
Yoganess Ireland reserves the right to alter the programs and to select staff from a pool of qualified teachers depending upon availability.
Changes to our Policy:
It may be necessary for us to review and revise these Terms and Conditions. Yoganess Ireland reserves the right to review and change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If revised, changes will be posted on the website.
