Join us live at the Yoga Room from the comfort and safety of your home. Hatha yoga class, begins by bringing the awareness into the body and breath through mindful meditation and pranayama (breathwork), slowly warm up the body before exploring traditional yoga asanas (postures). Variations are offered in all poses making this class suitable for people of all levels including beginners. Finish the class with restorative mind/body relaxation. To access this class you must have Zoom.us (free) installed on your device. 30 minutes before the start of the class you will receive an email with the access information.
