Hatha yoga class, begins by bringing the awareness into the body and breath through mindful meditation and pranayama (breathwork), slowly warm up the body before explore traditional yoga asanas (postures). Variations are offered in all poses making this class suitable for people of all levels including beginners. Finish the class with restorative mind/body relaxation. In order to adhere to social distancing class, there will be a maximum of 4 people per class. Please bring your own mat and blanket as shared equipment is not available at this time.
