Flow style yoga mixes vinyasa flow and traditional hatha yoga in order to relax the mind and energize the body. In this 1hour class, we mindfully move through a series of different postures and asanas. Join me and allow your body to flow with the rhythm of your breath. In order to ensure social distancing classes are limited to 4 people per class. No shared equipment permitted, please bring your own blanket and mat.
